A contemporary basket created using a range of locally-grown varieties of willow. The undulating textural patterns are made using a rope-coil weave which also showcases the varied natural colours of the willow. The branch handle has unusual forms that have been created by a wild honeysuckle growing around the piece of wood, the two growing together as one. The honeysuckle has since died back, leaving the undulating patterns of where it once grew.
