Terms and Conditions

All the baskets and items we sell are handmade using natural materials. We make our baskets for our online shop every 2-3 months, or take commissions. Due to the nature of these materials, colour variation will occur; the same variety of willow may have a different colour and tone from year to year due to the growing conditions changing each year. Product sizes will vary slightly from the approximate dimensions stated in the listings and for bespoke and stockist orders due to the nature of the materials and processes used. We hope you will appreciate that although we work to specific designs, sizes and styles, that each of our pieces are unique due to the natural materials used and that they are made by hand.

All of our photographs aim to show each product as clearly as possible; however they are for illustrative purposes and colours may appear differently in different lighting conditions. Please note, some items show one example from a batch of baskets, so may not be the exact item you will be purchasing; this is always stated on the listing when this is the case. from Therefore, products purchased may vary slightly from the images on our website.

Please read the above section 'handmade & natural products'. In addition:

The commission process is explained on our commission page. After the design consultation, we will send over the details from our discussion which will include: shape, size (with approximate dimensions), and colour. It will also include the estimated delivery time, shipping costs, and details of how to pay the refundable deposit (50% of the total order cost). Once the deposit is received, the order is then confirmed via email along with a confirmation of the delivery time. We will endeavour to keep you up to date with your order, however, we normally will be in touch once the order is complete. At this stage, a final invoice is sent for the final payment (50% of total order). Once the final payment is received we will ship your order and will send courier information via email.

Bespoke commission items are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a fault, or the item is damaged or lost in transit. Please see our returns policy for the details.
