1 Day Berry Basket Workshop £90 per person, including materials.
Venue -Bewdley Museum (In the Education Room) , Bewdley, Worcs, DY12 2EQ
Saturday 25th June 2022
Using tried and tested weaving techniques, you will go home with a round-base berry basket made using Somerset willow. I will take you step by step through the process, teaching you how to start the basket by putting in the uprights to a pre-made base, weaving the sides and border, and finally adding in a willow handle. At the end of the workshop, I will also demonstrate how to make a base and if times allows, you can create a base of your own to take away.
Learn a new skill and some basic techniques of willow work, and take home your very own basket woven with natural materials and made with your own hands!
At the checkout: select 'Collection from Bewdley/workshop booking'. (You do not need to collect anything from me before the workshop, selecting this option just ensures you are not charged for shipping)
